Our team creates assets that are played out all over the world, across TV, digital, cinema, and OOH for global brands and UK brands in sports, media and entertainment, and other sectors. Our Production team is growing! We are looking for a client-facing Content Producer to work alongside our Creatives, to manage the end-to-end production process for our clients’ integrated marketing campaigns/projects from initial brief to delivery, creating and managing detailed budgets and timelines. 

You will help to translate marketing and promotional briefs, and work with the creative team to produce award-winning work that tell stories that cut through, build brands, and drives business performance. You will be confident interpreting all manner of multi-discipline promotion and advertising briefs into clip-based promotions, digital, social assets, and conceptual shoots. A strong knowledge of digital and how the modern audience seeks out, consumes, and interacts with all forms of creative content is essential.

Responsibilities and Duties



  • To lead the production of content-based, conceptual and digital 360 campaigns. 

  • To forward plan projects, book resource and post facilities, and create clear make-lists and communicate changes in plans to relevant teams and clients. 

  • To be responsible for project budgets, accurately track spending, conducting timely reconciliations with the Head of Production. 

  • To review and scope out creative ideas to ensure they are achievable on time and within budget. 

Client Management

  • Build effective working relations with a range of clients including Marketing, Media Planning, and local teams. 

  • Work with our clients’ teams to understand their brief requirements, collate feedback, and confidently guide ‘best practise’ project implementation.

  • Maintaining and updating client and project information in a central CRM and/or planning platform

  • Writing and developing scopes of work and budgets. 

  • Manage and attend creative pitches.


  • Minimum 3-4 years producer experience delivering multi-discipline, 360 campaigns for short form Advertising/Promotional campaigns.

  • A proven track record of managing cross platform digital projects with localisation in a global capacity with various stakeholders and project team members.

  • Naturally process-driven, yet able to deliver at scale and with speed - whilst ensuring that all outputs adhere to the highest standards of quality.

  • Experience working with and refining detailed production workflows with broadcast standard equipment and post production procedures. 

  • Proficient with a range of software packages including Word, Excel, Outlook, Pages, and Keynote.

  • Experience working with clients to tight production deadlines. 

  • Proactive problem-solving abilities.

  • Ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • A natural team player and a great communicator - with colleagues and clients alike.

  • A very high attention to detail, particularly around production management, budgetary control, and reporting.


  • An ability to produce film shoots of varying complexity.

  • Sound client/account management.

  • Clearance experience via Clearcast, QC, and delivery to networks uk and global via platforms such as Honeycomb.

  • Understand print specs and best practise delivery. 

  • A passion for sport.

  • Bilingual.
